Tools like the Productivity Pulse compare how much time you spend on productive activities to your time spent on distracting activities, to give you an overall productivity score. RescueTime Classic places less emphasis on time blocking and deep work.
Set limits on activities you find distracting like social media, shopping, and entertainment, or set daily goals to keep these activities to a minimum.
