Your Activities report will show you all distinct activities (applications or websites) you've been using over a given time period. You can adjust the time period, and view a daily breakdown to spot trends over time.
Quickly discover which distracting activities have been eating up your day. Each activity is color-coded to represent how productive it is. Blue is productive and red is distracting. (more on that below)
Your Category report will show you your time broken down into categories. You can view this report as a single list, or grouped by day or by hour to spot trends in the types of work you do over time.
Activities and categories are given a productivity score, from -2 (very distracting) to +2 (very productive). Your Productivity report will show you how your time has been broken down by productivity score. There will likely be some sites that you think are more or less productive than the default score. You can easily change the productivity score for an application, website, or category.
Another way to understand your productivity is through your Efficiency report. This shows you your overall productivity on a scale from 0% (very unproductive, all the time), to 100% (very productive, all the time).
